I believe that with most jobs, you get what you give and Keno Kozie is no exception. While no job is ever going to be perfect, I'm really glad I've stuck around here for the better part of a decade. I believe that this company will continue to change in many positive ways. Since being acquired by a larger consulting company, there has been a lot of change and it's mostly for the better. The people are great and the benefits are pretty good. I've been in the workforce for nearly 20 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. It's okay for a filler job while looking for something better, but I wouldn't wanna spend any more time working for this company than absolutely necessary. If you are considering this job, I would recommend looking elsewhere. LOL so that just shows the levels of disorganization there, as well. I actually gave my notice to HR (and mailed my equipment back) and then a whole month later my manager reached out to me asking where I have been, cause they haven't seen me in a while but also haven't heard anything from me. Clients verbally abuse the analysts and we are just told to suck it up and take it. They implemented a bonus incentive system for analysts to bump up their pay but the benchmarks are impossible to meet (especially if you are an analyst that is dedicated to one single client). Then they asked their employees for feedback but refused to actually listen to any.

They recently switched to a new phone system which created many issues.

They don't care about their employees nor do they listen to their concerns. This could also be seen as a negative, though, too.Įverything else? Terrible communication. They will also let you go negative for sick time which can be helpful if you NEED time off but don't have it accrued yet. Only pros I can think of is the flexibility of being able to work from home.
